After our thorough examination of your site, we have the information we need to effectively design and plan your new sunroom. This is where we team our professional consultants up with you to creatively envision what would be best for your home. Then, we put to work our experience and technical abilities to develop the specifications for your project.

Once financing has been approved, the project manager will call you to schedule a time to remeasure your sunroom. After the remeasure is done, a drawing will be sent to Joyce Manufacturing to prepare a municipal permit package for the city/county; this usually takes about a week. We submit the package to the city/county; depending on where you live, this can take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks.
